Health commission head meets with NPC and CPPCC delegates
The minister of the National Health and Family Planning Commission (NHFPC), Li Bin, met with Hong Kong and Macao delegates to the National People's Congress (NPC) and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), in Beijing, on March 9.

Li expressed her gratitude to the delegates for their support for healthcare on the mainland, then explained some advances in healthcare reforms and the NHFPC’s major tasks for this year, and her hopes for greater cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao in the healthcare sector.
Accompanying Li was Ma Xiaowei, an NHFPC vice-minister. Also taking part in the meeting were its General Office, Healthcare Reform and International Cooperation departments, and Administrative bureau heads.
