The activity reflects the health concept of "exercise every day, work and live healthily."
Nearly 1,000 people with the NHFPC and affiliated institutions joined the activity.
This activity was part of the campaign to promote the Healthy China strategy initiated by China's top leadership earlier this year.

It also served to commemorate and remember the 80th anniversary of the Long March — a two-year strategic military maneuver against Nationalist forces where members of the Red Army walked immense distances.
