In studio: China eyes life expectancy of 79 by 2030
The CPC Central Committee and State Council published the "Healthy China 2030" plan on Oct 25.
According to the plan, China will promote healthy lifestyles, improve health services, optimize health industries, and build a medical system that can provide basic health and exercise services to every citizen by 2020.
China will continue to improve its health sectors, and the main health indicators will reach the standards of high-income countries by 2030, said to the plan.
