Vice-head of NHC calls for closer B&R health ties
Health industry leaders and scholars from around the world attend the sub-forum.
The deputy head of China's top health watchdog called for broader ties in the health sector among countries and regions participating in the Belt and Road Initiative at a sub-forum of the Boao forum in Hainan province on April 10.

At the health development forum of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2018, Zeng Yixin, deputy minister of the National Health Commission, said "the health industry is an important field in the Belt and Road Initiative".
The broader ties will bring opportunities and fruitful results to countries and regions participating in the initiative, Zeng added.
Health industry leaders and scholars from around the world exchanged views and ideas at the forum.
