BEIJING - China's National Health Commission has released a trial regulation on standards, security, and services of health and medical big data to improve data management.
The commission will establish a working mechanism for the opening and sharing of health and medical big data, and administer the building of data reporting platforms, information resources directories, and a system of data sharing and exchanges.
The regulation encourages related units to promote accessibility of health and medical big data but prevent leaking of state or trade secrets, or personal information.
