NHC vice-minister meets with Belarusian Ambassador to China

Li Bin, vice-minister of China's Health Commission (NHC), met with the Belarusian Ambassador to China Rudy Kiryl in Beijing on Sept 30. The two sides exchanged views on health cooperation and communication.

China and Belarus share a long-held friendship and have enjoyed close cooperation in recent years, said Li. He reviewed China-Belarus health collaboration between the governments and local health agencies, adding that the two countries have broad prospects in health cooperation, and that China is willing to strengthen collaboration with Belarus in fields such as disease prevention, medical education and training, medical services and traditional medicine under the Belt and Road cooperative mechanism.

Kiryl extended congratulations on China's development over the past 70 years and the progress made in the health field. He said he hopes that the two countries will see further cooperation between health agencies and institutions.
