They are fathers, sons and husbands, as well as mothers, daughters and wives. But in the face of diseases and viruses, they are the doctors and nurses people rely on to save lives.

Their important efforts in safeguarding people's health are worth celebrating -- and today, we're marking the third Chinese Doctors' Day to honor them.

We may not see their faces behind those masks, but they are angels in our hearts. We may not know their names, but we will remember them forever.
