China's Hebei cleared of critical, severe COVID-19 cases
SHIJIAZHUANG -- North China's Hebei Province is free of critical and severe COVID-19 cases, vice governor Xu Jianpei said on Feb 7.
As of 10 a.m. Sunday, 192 locally transmitted confirmed cases in Hebei were receiving treatment in designated hospitals and the condition of all the patients was stable, Xu told a press briefing.
The province had 11 locally transmitted asymptomatic carriers under medical observation, all registered in provincial capital Shijiazhuang, Xu said.
No new locally transmitted confirmed cases or asymptomatic cases were reported in Hebei from midnight Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday.
