Vice-premier urges accelerating COVID-19 vaccination drive
BEIJING — Vice-Premier Sun Chunlan has urged accelerating the country's COVID-19 vaccination campaign and boosting its vaccination rate.
Sun said this on March 22 at a teleconference on vaccination held by the State Council inter-agency task force for COVID-19 response.
China has approved four vaccines against COVID-19 for conditional marketing and another vaccine for emergency use, with a vastly increased production capacity, she noted.
Sun urged departments and localities to improve organization and coordination to ensure that vaccination objectives are achieved on schedule.
