On July 13, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 24 new cases of confirmed infections (23 imported cases, 10 in Yunnan province, 5 in Shanghai municipality, 2 in Guangdong province, 1 in Tianjin municipality, 1 in Liaoning province, 1 in Jiangsu province, 1 in Fujian province, 1 in Sichuan province and 1 in Shaanxi province; 1 indigenous case in Yunnan), no new cases of suspected infections, and no deaths. 15 patients were released from hospital after being cured. 542 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. Serious cases increased by 1.

As of 24:00 on July 13, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 6,865 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 6,427 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 438 confirmed cases (including 4 cases in serious condition) and 2 suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on July 13, the National Health Commission had received reports of 92,119 confirmed cases and 4,636 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 86,982 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 501 confirmed cases (including 4 cases in serious condition) and 2 suspected cases. 1,067,675 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 7,389 were still under medical observation.

On July 13, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 9 new asymptomatic cases (all were imported cases). 13 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (all were imported cases) and 3 (imported cases) became confirmed cases. As of 24:00 on July 13, 464 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 458 imported cases). 

As of 24:00 on July 13, 27,309 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 11,952 in Hong Kong (212 had died and 11,665 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 55 in Macao (53 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 15,302 in Taiwan (747 had died and 11,901 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
