China, Mongolia hold meeting to promote exchanges in COVID-19 lab testing
A meeting on COVID-19 laboratory testing technologies was jointly held by China's National Health Commission (NHC) and Mongolia's Ministry of Health via video link on Sept 16 to boost exchanges between experts from both countries.
At the meeting, technical exchanges were made on standards and methods of COVID-19 laboratory testing. Institutions on both sides expressed willingness to further communication and coordination on COVID-19 prevention and control measures and technical testing standards in order to facilitate personnel exchanges and social and economic recovery.
It was the fourth video conference on COVID-19-related technologies between China and Mongolia.
Representatives from the NHC and the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention took part in the meeting.
