China's Harbin adds 5 medium-risk COVID-19 areas
HARBIN -- Harbin, capital of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, has added five medium-risk COVID-19 areas, to take effect from midnight, according to the city's COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters on Sept 25.
Also on day, the city added a high-risk area in Xinglong township of Bayan county.
The city reported eight newly confirmed COVID-19 cases on Friday.
