On Nov 13, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 89 new cases of confirmed infections (19 imported cases, 5 in Tianjin municipality, 5 in Shanghai municipality, 2 in Shandong province, 2 in Sichuan province, 2 in Yunnan province, 1 in Liaoning province, 1 in Guangdong province and 1 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, including 2 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 1 in Liaoning and 1 in Sichuan; 70 indigenous cases, 60 in Dalian, Liaoning, 3 in Xinji, Hebei province, 2 in Heihe, Heilongjiang province, 2 in Shangrao, Jiangxi province, 2 in Dehong Dai and Jingpo autonomous prefecture, Yunnan and 1 in Chengdu, Sichuan), no new cases of suspected infections, and no deaths. 48 patients were released from hospital after being cured. 3,503 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. Serious cases decreased by 2. 

As of 24:00 on Nov 13, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 9,865 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 9,484 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 381 confirmed cases (including 2 cases in serious condition) and 2 suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on Nov 13, the National Health Commission had received reports of 98,263 confirmed cases and 4,636 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 92,277 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 1,350 confirmed cases (including 19 cases in serious condition) and 2 suspected cases. 1,295,958 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 47,046 were still under medical observation.

On Nov 13, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 25 new asymptomatic cases (17 imported cases; 8 indigenous cases, 7 in Shangrao, Jiangxi and 1 in Dehong Dai and Jingpo autonomous prefecture, Yunnan). 9 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (including 8 imported cases) and 2 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (both were imported cases). As of 24:00 on Nov 13, 532 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 366 imported cases).  

As of 24:00 on Nov 13, 28,936 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 12,380 in Hong Kong (213 had died and 12,087 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 77 in Macao (76 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 16,479 in Taiwan (848 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
