On Oct 30, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 521 new cases of confirmed infections (42 imported cases, 11 in Fujian province, 8 in Guangdong province, 6 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 5 in Sichuan province, 4 in Liaoning province, 4 in Shanghai municipality, 2 in Beijing municipality, 1 in Jiangsu province and 1 in Yunnan province, including 2 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases in Sichuan province; 479 indigenous cases, 291 in Guangdong province, 30 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 23 in Jiangsu province, 22 in Chongqing municipality, 18 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 16 in Beijing municipality, 16 in Shanxi province, 12 in Fujian province, 12 in Hunan province, 9 in Shaanxi province, 6 in Henan province, 5 in Qinghai province, 3 in Tianjin municipality, 3 in Heilongjiang province, 3 in Sichuan province, 3 in Yunnan province, 3 in Gansu province, 1 in Hebei province, 1 in Liaoning province, 1 in Zhejiang province and 1 in Shandong province, including 24 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 8 in Chongqing municipality, 3 in Gansu province, 2 in Beijing municipality, 2 in Jiangsu province, 2 in Guangdong province, 2 in Qinghai province, 1 in Shanxi province, 1 in Zhejiang province, 1 in Fujian province, 1 in Sichuan province and 1 in Shaanxi province), no deaths, and no new cases of suspected infections. 

On Oct 30, 230 patients were released from hospital after being cured (62 imported cases; 168 indigenous cases, 45 in Guangdong province, 21 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 15 in Sichuan province, 15 in Shaanxi province, 14 in Shanxi province, 13 in Beijing municipality, 13 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 6 in Jiangsu province, 4 in Henan province, 4 in Yunnan province, 3 in Liaoning province, 3 in Anhui province, 2 in Tianjin municipality, 2 in Heilongjiang province, 2 in Zhejiang province, 2 in Hunan province, 2 in Chongqing municipality, 1 in Shanghai municipality and 1 in Gansu province). 51,890 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases increased by 1.

As of 24:00 on Oct 30, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 25,740 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 25,213 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 527 confirmed cases (1 case in serious condition) and no suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on Oct 30, the National Health Commission had received reports of 259,959 confirmed cases and 5,226 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 250,455 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 4,278 confirmed cases (including 20 cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases. 7,738,416 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 569,515 were still under medical observation.

On Oct 30, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 2,377 new asymptomatic cases (157 imported cases; 2,220 indigenous cases, 468 in Guangdong province, 358 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 182 in Heilongjiang province, 169 in Shanxi province, 165 in Fujian province, 113 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 104 in Shandong province, 86 in Qinghai province, 84 in Sichuan province, 82 in Hubei province, 70 in Yunnan province, 60 in Hebei province, 54 in Hunan province, 52 in Shaanxi province, 36 in Henan province, 33 in Gansu province, 30 in Tianjin municipality, 15 in Chongqing municipality, 11 in Jiangsu province, 10 in Shanghai municipality, 8 in Beijing municipality, 6 in Liaoning province, 6 in Anhui province, 6 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region, 4 in Tibet autonomous region, 3 in Zhejiang province, 3 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 1 in Jilin province and 1 in Jiangxi province). 

On Oct 30, 704 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (115 imported cases; 589 indigenous cases, 123 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 55 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 52 in Guangdong province, 49 in Sichuan province, 41 in Shaanxi province, 35 in Hubei province, 22 in Shanxi province, 19 in Jiangsu province, 18 in Tianjin municipality, 17 in Shanghai municipality, 15 in Anhui province, 15 in Yunnan province, 14 in Shandong province, 14 in Henan province, 13 in Chongqing municipality, 12 in Hebei province, 10 in Tibet autonomous region, 9 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 9 in Gansu province, 8 in Jilin province, 8 in Heilongjiang province, 8 in Hunan province, 7 in Qinghai province, 5 in Zhejiang province, 4 in Guizhou province, 2 in Beijing municipality, 2 in Fujian province, 2 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region and 1 in Liaoning province). 26 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 2 imported cases). As of 24:00 on Oct 30, 18,677 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 1,139 imported cases). 

As of 24:00 on Oct 30, 8,125,254 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 434,351 in Hong Kong (10,385 had died and 91,317 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 793 in Macao (6 had died and 787 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 7,690,110 in Taiwan (12,772 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
