Department of Medical Emergency Response
Organizing and coordinating responses to infectious diseases, undertaking the construction of the medical emergency response system, and organizing and guiding medical treatment and emergency medical rescue during various public emergencies; formulating and implementing policies and standards concerning the administration of medical safety, medical supervision, blood collection and supply institutions as well as trade ethics construction; and formulating and supervising the implementation of policies and norms for the prevention and control of major and chronic diseases.
