We have carried forward with professionalism featuring diligence and devotion to heal the wounded and rescue the dying. We have exhibited boundless love, acted on the Party's Mass Line, and strictly followed the central government's eight rules against corruption and the nine rules on medical and health work style construction. We have carried out large-scale voluntary free medical service and promoted measures to offer convenience and benefits to the public. We have strived to improve medical experience for the public, built a long-term mediation and insurance mechanism as well as harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and achieved gratifying changes in medical order.

2015 is the final year of the national 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015) and an important year to comprehensively deepen reform. The national health and family planning system should seriously implement the decisions and deployments by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council; focus on the big picture; pay attention to basic and community-level work; establish mechanisms; insist on top-level design, planning and leadership; adhere to administration by law, quality service, and integrated prevention and treatment; boost in-depth development of medical reform, equal access to essential public health service, and major disease prevention and control; and push forward the steady and smooth implementation of the two-child policy. All parties should vigorously promote public hospital reform, improve the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, boost the development of health services, continue to upgrade medical service quality, strengthen legal construction in health and family planning, scientifically formulate the 2016-2020 plan, actively support the development of traditional Chinese medicine, deepen international exchanges and cooperation, speed up health and family planning work to the public’s satisfaction, and make new and greater contributions to building a well-off society in an all-around way realizing the Chinese dream of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!
