At a press conference held by the State Council inter-agency task force on the afternoon of March 7, Mi Feng, NHC spokesperson and Deputy Director-General for Communications, said that by 6 March, no new confirmed cases had been reported by nine provinces and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps for 14 consecutive days or more.
