Control lifted over outbound transportation from Hubei (excepting Wuhan)

According to a Notice issued by the Hubei provincial command on COVID-19 response on 24 March, starting from 0:00, 25 March, control over outbound transportation from Hubei (excepting Wuhan) will be lifted. As such, inter-provincial transport will be resumed in an orderly fashion, and people with a green Hubei health code can leave the province in a safe and orderly manner.

Starting from 0:00, 8 April, such control will also be lifted for Wuhan. Outbound travel from the city and the province will then resume in an orderly manner, and people with a green Hubei health code can start leaving Wuhan in a safe and orderly fashion.

Based on COVID-19 risk assessment and provided that epidemic control requirements are all properly met, Wuhan will facilitate region-specific, tiered, category-based and staggered resumption of work and production where conditions permit. However, spring semester will not start until further notice for universities and colleges, secondary and primary schools, medium occupational schools, vocational schools and kindergartens in Hubei.
