Interview with microbiologist on mass testing in HK
Hong Kong's leading microbiologist, Yuen Kwok-yung, told China Daily on Tuesday that the coronavirus mass-testing project will be a success if enough people sign up for a COVID-19 test.
"No matter what, I support this mass testing," he told China Daily.
Starting on Aug 25, COVID-19 testing will be provided to all Hong Kong residents at least 6 years old in a bid to curb the third wave of the coronavirus pandemic in the city.
