Sun called upon Hebei to take medical reform opportunities brought by coordinated Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei development, make bold explorations, take the lead in experimentation, break existing policy barriers and create new experiences. Relevant personnel were urged to focus on county-level public hospital comprehensive reform; strengthen leadership, work evaluation and accountability; make overall plans to boost medical reform work; raise medicine and health service level; and better meet the medical needs of the public.

Zhang Qingwei welcomed the arrival of the delegation on behalf of Hebei and expressed gratitude to the NHFPC for its long-term support to Hebei. He said that Hebei will take coordinated Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei development as an opportunity to focus on county-level public hospital comprehensive reform, enhance cohesion, strengthen responsibility, and comprehensively boost medicine and health system reform to bring more benefits to the public.
