Gansu Second Provincial People's Hospital has sent over 30 doctors in four batches to provide medical aid in Maqu County since the end of 2015. Doctors overcame the difficulties of altitude sickness and inconvenient transportation while treating patients on the grassland on the plateau. Having served nearly 10, 000 people so far, the medical team has solved herders' difficulty in seeing a doctor.
